**Job Summary**
As a Remote Chat Agent at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our innovative chat and text messaging platform. You'll be responsible for responding to inbound chat and text messages, engaging with customers in a timely and professional manner, and identifying and reporting system errors or anomalies.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages in a timely and professional manner
* Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet or exceed customer expectations
* Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
* Identify and report system errors or anomalies, ensuring seamless operation of our chat and text messaging platform
* Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour, meeting or exceeding productivity targets
* Operate within multiple software platforms, including our proprietary chat and text messaging system
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Education & Skills Required**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, or business) preferred
* Strong knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner

* Option 2: Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
