As a Remote Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and other digital channels in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a prompt and effective way, providing accurate and helpful information about our energy services and products
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with customer accounts, collaborating with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meeting or exceeding customer service and sales performance metrics, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Providing exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting arenaflex's energy services and products
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services, and sharing knowledge with colleagues to enhance the customer experience
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**
* First Contact Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher
* Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
* Sales conversion rate: 20% or higher
* Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
* After-Call Work (ACW) time: 2 minutes or less

**Requirements:**
