**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional first impression on behalf of our customers by quickly answering online chat requests from customers. You will provide extensive knowledge about specific products and services, and identify consumer wants and needs. Your dynamic conversations will drive the consumer to want to do business with us, creating a personalized experience for each consumer based on their wants and needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to prospects in chat software, social media accounts, and email if needed
* Schedule a consultation between the prospective client and our Sales Representatives
* Keep a detailed log of your contacts, including those who were not interested
* Follow up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past
* Be open to stepping in to take calls ranging from 15 min calls to actual sales calls when needed
* Work in teams to meet individual and company benchmarks
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to drive business growth and success
**Essential Qualifications**
* Experience in navigating website pages and quickly identifying information
* Social media experience
* Effective written and oral communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly
* Detail-oriented and customer-focused
* Critical thinking skills
* Adaptable
* Career-oriented and professional
* Experience as a Sales and/or Customer Service Associate is a plus
