You will be working in a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation, providing information regarding arenaflex's products and services, and advising clients on other products and services that may fit their needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to inquiries and requests from clients in a timely and professional manner * Provide information regarding arenaflex's products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal client experience and customer service * Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and/or other accounts * Advise clients of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive client interaction * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in multiple software systems and technologies * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services * Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in multiple software systems and technologies * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences * Ability to work in a remote or virtual environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
