As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Representing one of the nation's largest brands, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building meaningful connections with customers via inbound calls
* Assisting customers with their needs, resolving issues, and upselling them to ensure they have the best features to meet their needs
* Participating in paid training to prepare you for all call types and customers
* Working in a fast-paced remote environment, staying focused, and meeting productivity expectations
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and high-quality service
**What You Need to Thrive:**
To succeed in our remote environment, you'll need:
* A reliable internet connection (cable or fiber only, no DSL, satellite, or cellular)
* A minimum of 25Mbps download and 10Mbps upload speeds
* A dedicated workspace free from distractions and security risks
* A workspace with minimal background noise
* The ability to be on webcam during working hours

**Qualifications:**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* At least 6 months of work-from-home experience
* At least 1 year of call center experience
* Must live in the state of Georgia
* Must be 18 years of age
* Must have a GED or High School Diploma
* Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
