* Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
* Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and call center operations, such as training, process improvement, and quality assurance
* Handling inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner, using systems and technology to complete account management tasks
* Researching systems to find missing information as applicable, coordinating with other departments to resolve issues, and following all processes of the Client program
