**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

**Requirements**

* A high school diploma or GED, with 2-3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong typing, spelling, and grammar skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
* Proficient in computer use, including navigating the internet and using software applications.
* ASE certification and prior experience in parts counter service or mechanics are a plus, but not required.
