**Key Responsibilities**
As a remote customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
* Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing technology, including computer applications and software, to efficiently manage customer interactions
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

**Schedule and Flexibility**
We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, and we're committed to providing flexible work arrangements that suit your needs. As a remote customer service representative, you'll have the opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you. While the majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs.
**Earnings and Revenue**
As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on the client you're working with and your performance metrics. Our competitive rates typically range from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting client and performance targets.

**Technology and Equipment Requirements**
To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need:
* A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
* Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
* Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
**Work Environment Requirements**
To maintain a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:
* A quiet, uninterrupted space
* An organized desk area
**Geographic Restrictions**
Please note that we're currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor, you'll remain in a contractual relationship with arenaflex for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
