You'll be responsible for obtaining the release of vehicles located at body shops and/or other locations, including residences, while also providing support for other office functions as needed. This role requires a thorough understanding of arenaflex practices, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a seamless experience every day and everywhere * Obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops and/or other locations, including residences * Offer solutions and support to meet customer needs, using company resources to gather information and provide assistance * Answer and place calls in a professional manner, with a focus on call resolution and quality * Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs * Perform other duties as assigned, including chat and email customer support * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, time to place follow-up calls, and resolution rates **Essential Qualifications** * One year of office support experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment * High School diploma or equivalent * Excellent customer service skills and attitude * Excellent written and verbal skills * Proficient with office equipment, including computers, phones, and software applications * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Computer proficiency in MS Suite and typing speed of 45 WPM * Professional appearance and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Bilingual skills a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or customer service industry * Knowledge of the automotive industry and its processes * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service skills and attitude * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficient with office equipment and software applications * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Ability to multi-task and work independently * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
