**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
* Maximizing every sales opportunity by upselling and cross-selling profitable products and services
* Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions, ensuring accurate and timely information
* Maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and benefits

**Preferred Skills**
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are preferred:
* Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment, with a focus on luxury brand products and services
* Experience supporting home appliances and consumer products
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Minimum HS diploma, with a college degree preferred
* Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting, with a focus on technical products and services
* Experience supporting consumer products and/or services, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
