**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Following proper procedures utilizing computer and telephone equipment to ensure seamless customer interactions
* Professionally greeting prospects by speaking clearly and listening effectively to build rapport and trust
* Entering data consisting of letters and numbers onto web forms using keyboard and mouse with accuracy and efficiency
* Providing excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism at all times, even in challenging situations
* Maintaining a positive attitude towards prospects, co-workers, and all levels of management to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
* Multi-tasking essential job functions by reading, typing, speaking, and maneuvering through multiple browser tabs simultaneously to meet customer needs and deadlines
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Strong communication skills using professional language/grammar, and the ability to speak clearly and audibly
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions, web forms, and procedure manuals both on and off the computer as well as on paper
* Good computer and keyboarding skills, with the ability to type an average of 25-30 words per minute with 90% accuracy
* Goal and attention to detail oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team, with excellent multi-tasking abilities
* Excellent language skills, including the ability to read and interpret company documents, speak and communicate clearly using good grammar with customers and co-workers
**Reasoning Ability**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. This includes:
* Ability to analyze customer needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions
* Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
