**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their options
* Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients through regular communication and follow-up
* Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
* Providing attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs
* Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
* Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete, and performing any necessary updates on schedule
**Essential Qualifications**
