**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for meeting with individuals who have signed up to receive supplemental benefits from arenaflex. Your role will involve consulting with families, explaining the options available, and helping them select the best plan to fit their needs. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all clients receive attentive customer service, accurate documentation, and timely support.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer
* Schedule Zoom meetings with these members to discuss their needs and preferences
* Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
* Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
* Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
* Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs
* Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
* Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Familiarity with benefits and insurance products, or a willingness to learn
