Essential Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a product-based customer support function and/or call center environment preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in the hardware and home improvement industry is a plus.
- Technical mindset and a willingness to learn, with the ability to quickly absorb and apply new knowledge.
- Typing speed of 35+ words per minute (WPM) required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or French is highly desirable.
