This role is perfect for those who thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable working independently, yet collaboratively, as part of a dynamic team. **Responsibilities** - **Deliver Exceptional Support**: Provide live and non-live support for a variety of digital solutions offered by arenaflex, ensuring customers receive timely and effective assistance. - **Technical Issue Analysis**: Utilize administrative tools to analyze technical issues reported by customers, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. - **Troubleshooting and Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues related to system requirements of arenaflex's digital solutions, escalating complex issues to the relevant teams as needed. - **Customer Feedback and Feature Requests**: Identify customer feature requests and communicate them to the relevant teams, ensuring their voices are heard and valued. - **Accurate Documentation**: Detail customer interactions accurately using a ticketing system, maintaining a high level of transparency and accountability. - **Clear Communication**: Provide clear and accurate written and verbal directions to customers and partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. **Requirements** - **Education**: High school graduate or equivalent required; technical degree or certification(s) a plus. - **Teamwork and Independence**: Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and open communication. - **Attention to Detail**: Organized self-starter with high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role. - **Technical Knowledge**: Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office suite; understanding of Apple operating systems preferred.
