**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Data Entry Assistant / Entry Level, your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing all incoming Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders in a timely and accurate manner
* Formatting Excel orders as needed to meet careerzynith's high standards
* Setting up Profiles for all Excel orders to ensure efficient data processing
* Processing incoming paper orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division, meeting demanding deadlines and maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
* Executing Customer Gift History lists, entering Catalog requests, and addressing changes
* Managing incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner, meeting all accuracy and productivity standards
* Monitoring and maintaining business and product knowledge information by utilizing all available resources
* Processing Special Projects for various departments throughout the company
**Essential Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 6 months of data entry experience, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices
* Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas, functions, and formatting
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with other departments
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
* Type 35 wpm, with excellent spelling and grammar skills
* Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer, including operating systems and software applications
* Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
