We believe in empowering our employees to grow and develop their skills, and we offer a range of opportunities for professional development and career advancement. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for: * Establishing and maintaining utility accounts with a high degree of accuracy and speed * Verifying account eligibility and accessibility, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and accurate * Preparing, distributing, and completing work orders in a timely and efficient manner * Preparing files for mass customer communications, including billing statements and other notices generated in-house * Scanning or retaining documents, ensuring that all necessary records are accurately and securely stored * Performing monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions * Entering data into Key Performance Indicator tracking databases, providing valuable insights into our business operations * Performing other related duties as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you must possess: * A High School Diploma or an acceptable equivalency diploma (GED) * Two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist * Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software * Strong typing and accuracy skills, with the ability to meet or exceed industry standards * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * An Associate's degree in business administration, data entry, or a related field * Two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist * Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in specialized software and systems * Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team * Strong adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
