**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist and Research Panelist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for working on a variety of projects, including data entry, research studies, and customer service. You will be required to work independently, with minimal supervision, and will be expected to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. This is a flexible and remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, at times that suit you.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work on data entry projects, including entering information into databases and spreadsheets
* Participate in research studies, including online focus groups, product testing, and surveys
* Provide customer service to clients, including responding to emails and phone calls
* Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
* Work independently, with minimal supervision
* Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to keep yourself organized and track progress
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and expertise
**Requirements**
* Education varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
* Current USA resident
* Speak, read, and understand English and Spanish (a plus, as more opportunities are available)
* Able to focus and follow through
* Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with stable internet connection
* Microsoft Word and Excel helpful, but not mandatory
* Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful, but not mandatory
**Preferred Qualifications**
* LapTop with webcam for video studies
* Data entry experience, including working with databases and spreadsheets
* Customer service experience, including responding to emails and phone calls
* Backgrounds in sales, marketing, and research
* Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel
**Pay and Benefits**
