Experienced Remote Dispatcher & Customer Service Agent – Petroleum Industry

As a remote dispatcher and customer service agent, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced remote dispatcher and customer service agent to join our team. As a key member of our dispatch center, you'll be responsible for answering inbound customer calls, coordinating and dispatching field technicians, and maintaining accurate customer account data. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound customer calls and deliver timely, professional service * Accurately coordinate and dispatch field technicians * Enter and maintain customer account data * Communicate via phone and Microsoft Outlook email * Demonstrate strong problem-solving and follow-through **Training Schedule** Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. Our training schedule is as follows: * Weeks 1-2: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM * Weeks 3-4: Tuesday-Saturday, 12:00 PM-8:30 PM **Post-Training Schedules** After completing our training program, you'll have the opportunity to choose from one of the following schedules: * Schedule 1: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM * Schedule 2: Friday-Tuesday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM * Schedule 3: Tuesday-Saturday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM * Schedule 4: Thursday-Sunday, 9:30 AM-8:00 PM **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications: * Home setup: Reliable high-speed internet, and a private/quiet work space. * Location: Ideally within 30 miles of Portland, OR (flexible for standout candidates elsewhere in Oregon) * Experience: Proven tenure in call center or customer service roles * Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication, customer-focused, detail-oriented * Tech proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook is used daily **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Previous experience dispatching or coordinating technicians (HVAC, petroleum, etc.) * Typing skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills * Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments * Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook * Customer-focused and detail-oriented **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
