**Job Description**
As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibility will be to answer questions and resolve issues related to our clients' services and products. You'll work independently, using your own computer and headset, to provide high-quality support that exceeds our clients' expectations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to our clients' services and products
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers, using your knowledge of our clients' products and services
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate to supervisors as needed
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers
* Work independently, using your own computer and headset, to provide support
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
**Qualifications:**
