Live Chat Support

• Engage with customers via live chat, responding to inquiries regarding products, services, or account-related issues in a timely and professional manner. • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate department or team member. • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries promptly and maintaining a positive and friendly tone during all interactions. • Maintain detailed records of each interaction, ensuring that all relevant information is documented in the system.

Appointment Setting
