**Job Summary**
As a Remote Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. You will assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues they may encounter. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via live chat
* Assist customers with booking flights and making changes to existing reservations
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers

* Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
