As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, report assembly, and reconciliation. You'll also provide exceptional support to our departments, maintain accurate records, and contribute to our company's growth and success. **Key Responsibilities** * Enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness * Assemble and reconcile reports, providing detailed analysis and recommendations as needed * Perform a range of clerical duties, including filing, copying, faxing, and other tasks as assigned * Maintain excellent communication with various departments, providing exceptional support and service * Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications** * 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment * 1 year of office clerk experience, with a strong focus on administrative tasks and record-keeping * Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on quality and precision * Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and departments * Experience in recycling would be an asset, but not a requirement **Preferred Qualifications** * 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively **Physical Demands** * Ability to organize various office systems, including adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management * Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation * Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time **Work Environment and Culture** * arenaflex is a remote-friendly company, with a strong focus on flexibility and work-life balance * Our team is comprised of talented professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact * We're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment, with a strong focus on employee well-being and development **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + 401(k) plan with matching contributions + Dental insurance + Health insurance + Health savings account + Life insurance + Paid time off + Vision insurance **Schedule** * 8 hour shift, with flexibility to work remotely and manage your own schedule **Ability to Commute/Relocate** * Chicago, IL 60608: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
