**Job Summary**
As an experienced Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live online chats, email, and other digital channels. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. You'll also be expected to promote arenaflex products and services, build relationships with new customers, and contribute to the growth and success of our customer support team.
**Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
* Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
* Promote interest in arenaflex products and services through targeted communication and engagement
* Consistently achieve established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
* Continually portray and project a positive and professional image through all customer interactions
* Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed
* May assist with overflow work and other duties as required to ensure seamless customer support operations
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment
* Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
