As an Experienced Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and customers through live online chats. You'll be the face of our brand, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services in a professional and engaging manner. **Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Remote Online Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
* Building relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
* Promoting interest in client products and services through proactive and engaging communication
* Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
* Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image through all interactions
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed
* Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed to ensure seamless customer service delivery
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment
* Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
* Familiarity with CRM tools and software
