* Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally
* Promote interest in arenaflex products and services
* Consistently meet established standards of performance and quality
* Portray and project a positive and professional image at all times
* Provide administrative support to the customer service team
* Assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
**Qualifications and Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
