**Key Responsibilities**
As a remote research panelist and data entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Participating in online focus groups, product testing, research trials, and other studies to provide valuable insights and feedback
* Completing data entry tasks, including typing, reading, and writing, with a minimum speed of 25 words per minute
* Using your webcam and smartphone to conduct studies and provide feedback
* Maintaining a stable internet connection and using Microsoft Word or Excel to stay organized (although not mandatory)
* Following directions and taking feedback to ensure high-quality results
* Working independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A current USA resident status
* The ability to speak, read, and understand English (Spanish is a plus, as it opens up more opportunities)
* A laptop, computer, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
* Data entry skills and the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not mandatory, backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are highly valued in this role. Additionally, experience with Microsoft Word or Excel is helpful, but not required.
