* Respond to customer inquiries via chat, follow up with them, and encourage them to place an order
* Close sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
* Handle customer calls and assign leads to our closers as needed
* Meet or exceed sales targets and generate a minimum of 20 daily leads on Facebook Marketplace
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
