Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 projects, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of milestones and deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams, including construction, engineers, and property contacts, to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, and ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Utilize Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups, to track project progress, identify trends, and inform data-driven decisions
- Coordinate with in-house network teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
- Conduct regular email and call interactions with clients, addressing concerns, and providing support as needed
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project continuity and success
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the wireline/fiber industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience in managing complex projects and prioritizing tasks
