With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we're dedicated to helping our clients achieve their goals and succeed in their respective industries. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Delivering exceptional customer experiences by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions * Providing expert knowledge in all areas of the store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping * Taking orders, coordinating activities in the store, and providing pricing and product information * Recommending appropriate FedEx Office products and services to meet customer needs * Operating and maintaining a wide variety of equipment, moving boxes and equipment, stocking materials, managing the production queue and output, and completing assigned tasks based on priority * Managing complex projects, managing retail supply, and completing assigned tasks based on priority * Providing an outstanding customer service experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs * Ensuring all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer * Taking complex customer orders using order systems and providing accurate pricing information * Assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels * Setting up and operating printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents * Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail store **Essential Functions** * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees * Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision * Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business; regular attendance and/or reporting could include regular attendance at a physical location and/or maintaining established business hours depending on the scope and nature of the position **Preferred Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 6+ months of specialized experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate: $16.00 - $18.80/Hr * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment **Work Environment and Company Culture** * arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment against any employee or applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, citizenship, genetic information, age (except for bona fide occupational qualifications), sex, pregnancy (including childbirth or a related medical condition), disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, military leave or service, status as a disabled veteran or other covered veteran status, participation in EEO protected activity, any other status protected by federal, state, or local law, or association with a person on the basis of one or more of the foregoing. * arenaflex is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that values and respects the contributions of all employees. * We're proud to be an employer of choice for America's Military Veterans and individuals with disabilities. **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
