**Job Summary**
As a Retail Customer Service Cashier at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing fast, friendly, and accurate services to our customers. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean places and having friendly faces. We're looking for individuals who are flexible, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide general customer service duties, including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
* Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
* Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
* Maintain a clean and organized working area, including the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
* Participate in cross-training in other departments, such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
* Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds, and work in various temperatures.
**Essential Qualifications**
* No prior experience is required – we'll teach you the skills you need to succeed.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a retail or food service environment.
* Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
