**Experienced Revenue Cycle Data Entry Specialist – Behavioral Health Revenue Cycle Operations**

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, supporting our professional behavioral health revenue cycle operations. **Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced Revenue Cycle Data Entry Specialist to provide data entry support for arenaflex's professional behavioral health revenue cycle operations. As a Revenue Cycle Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our electronic health record (EHR) systems, including Qualifact's CareLogic, Netsmart's myEvolv, and Meditech's EHR system. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our data entry processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Enter data accurately and efficiently into our EHR systems, including Qualifact's CareLogic, Netsmart's myEvolv, and Meditech's EHR system. - Review and analyze credit balances on claims with complicated scenarios and suggest claim actions to be taken. - Perform adjustments for claims with credit balances. - Review denials for timely filing and enter appropriate reasons to be submitted for writeoff approval. - Perform claim actions for claims approved for write off. - Perform claim actions specially in bulk as identified by claims specialists. - Perform claim actions on secondary claims satisfied by primary payers. - Perform Quality Assurance tasks on your own work and reporting. - Collaborate with our claims specialists to ensure accurate and timely data entry. - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in revenue cycle management. **Essential Qualifications:** - High School diploma or GED required. - Minimum of one year of data entry experience. - Previous experience successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders with a consistent track record of delivering on time, and/or high-quality results preferred. - Experience working with outpatient Behavioral Health insurance coverage is vital. - Experience working with Google Sheets, Excel Spreadsheets, drafting emails is vital. - Experience working with CareLogic EHR is essential. - Experience working remotely and communicating through email and Google Chat is important. - Experience with Massachusetts Medicaid products is important. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration). - Experience working in a revenue cycle management environment. - Certification in a related field (e.g., Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)). **Skills and Competencies:** - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, including Qualifact's CareLogic, Netsmart's myEvolv, and Meditech's EHR system. - Experience with Google Sheets, Excel Spreadsheets, and drafting emails. - Experience working with outpatient Behavioral Health insurance coverage. - Experience working with Massachusetts Medicaid products. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
