**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
As a Sales & Customer Service Associate, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Providing outstanding customer service and helping everyone feel valued and understood
* Promoting the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the arenaflex Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
* Supporting clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
* Helping grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
* Critical thinking skills with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
* Great people skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with guests
* A supporter of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Previous experience in the wellness industry
* Knowledge of massage and skin care services
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Bilingual or multilingual skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
