**Responsibilities:**
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations
* Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including those with diverse backgrounds and needs

**Requirements:**
* **Location:** Must reside in the United States, with a preference for applicants living within a 50-mile radius of our local sites.
* **Education:** High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
* **Age:** 18 years of age or older.

+ 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch)
+ Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
+ Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
+ A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
+ Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
+ Desk and an ergonomic chair
