**Responsibilities**
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our clients' customers
* Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations
* Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including those with diverse backgrounds and needs
* Providing a memorable and delightful experience that leaves a lasting impression
* Working collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and effective support

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 18 years of age
* A flexible schedule to meet the needs of our business
* A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
* A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
* A noise/distraction-free home office environment
* A standalone monitor (19 inch) and a desk

To ensure a seamless support experience, you'll need to meet the following equipment and internet requirements:
* 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch)
* Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
* Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
* A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
* Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
* Desk and an ergonomic chair
