**Responsibilities**
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations
* Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including those with diverse backgrounds and needs
* Providing a memorable and delightful experience that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction
* Working collaboratively with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve our support processes

**Location Requirements**
* Must live in the United States
* Applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of our local sites may only be considered for onsite job openings
* Must reside in one (1) of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming
**Qualifications**
* Flexible to the needs of the business, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
* 18 years of age or older
**Equipment and Internet Requirements**
* Must have the following:
+ 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch)
+ Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
+ Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
+ A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
+ Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
+ Desk and an ergonomic chair
