**About the Job**
We are seeking a Senior GL Bookkeeper to join our remote Bookkeeping team. As a Senior GL Bookkeeper, you will work closely with our cross-functional team to drive process improvements and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will be responsible for planning and preparing journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger. You will also be a key player in the monthly close cycle for arenaflex and its subsidiaries, ensuring that financial records are maintained in accordance with GAAP and management's expectations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan and prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger
* Be a key player in the monthly close cycle for arenaflex and its subsidiaries, ensuring that financial records are maintained in accordance with GAAP and management's expectations
* Ensure that financial records are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements
* Assist in providing expectations to external auditors on annual reviews and quarterly audits
* Collaborate with FP&A, functional partners, and external stakeholders on significant accounting matters
* Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive process improvements and enhance our financial reporting capabilities
