**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
* Developing predictive models and metrics to proactively identify ACS setting up needs, collaborating with cross-functional ACS teams
* Investigating asset utilization and identifying more efficient arrangements
* Reporting on the execution of asset arranging drives
* Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in ACS asset arranging
* Conducting in-depth research and analysis to inform business decisions
* Developing and maintaining complex reports and investigations
* Presenting findings to senior leaders, including OAP and specialty unit leaders
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and project management
* Providing insights and recommendations to drive business results
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience with scientific tools, such as SQL, Python, and R
* Strong business acumen, analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
* Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise, relevant, and data-driven reports and presentations for senior leaders
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with MS Office is required
