Your expertise will help us build strong relationships with our clients, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to our growth and success. **Key Responsibilities** * Interact with customers to provide accurate, valid, and complete information with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism. * Conduct customer consultation calls, tech troubleshooting, escalations, and investigations to resolve complex issues. * Perform problem tracking, prioritize, document, and resolve issues in a timely manner. * Ensure proper escalation of issues to meet internal and external expectations. * Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and recommend solutions. * Deliver service excellence and maximize customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the external team to stay updated on product and service knowledge. **Requirements** **What We're Looking For** * You're a curious and authentic individual who embodies our core values. * You're an analytical and critical thinker with attention to detail. * You're passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. * You have at least a bachelor's degree in any field you're passionate about. * You have 3 years of customer service experience, with a focus on email, phone, or chat support. * You have previous experience supporting SaaS products and have basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications. * You possess excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills. * You have strong phone contact handling skills and can communicate complex ideas to customers. * You have knowledge and experience with Intercom CRM, and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications. * You're open to feedback and have a growth mindset. **Preferred Qualifications** * Intermediate understanding of common Customer Experience best practices. * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Benefits** * Private Health Insurance * Paid Time Off * Work From Home * Training & Development **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a global impact-driven organization that values its team members, the communities it operates in, and its esteemed clients.
