Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and service. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Building sustainable relationships with clients by providing best-in-class service, engaging with them proactively, and advocating on their behalf
- Meeting and/or exceeding established inbound call quality guidelines and key performance criteria, consistently delivering high-quality results
- Providing excellent client service and support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborating with internal teams as needed to resolve client requests, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to client support
- Assisting clients with the onboarding process, providing guidance on next steps, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth transition
- Dispatching available vehicles to clients across all regions on an inbound basis, coordinating logistics and ensuring timely delivery
- Effectively communicating with clients on how to use our client-facing tools, providing training and support as required
- Performing other duties as deemed necessary by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following combinations of education and experience:
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and support
- Any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience, showcasing a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- 7 years' experience in a related field, highlighting a deep understanding of customer service principles and practices
