As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with world-class leaders, expand your network, and gain exposure to emerging digital platforms and marketing insights. **Job Summary** The Senior Director, Customer Growth Business Development role will provide strategic leadership within the FSOP Business Development Center of Excellence. This team will focus on securing new business, driving new category growth, and successfully managing our continued pipeline of renewals through building content, effective stewardship materials, and other commercial tools. As a key member of our team, you'll serve as the strategic bridge between arenaflex and our potential/existing customers and their guests, representing their perspective/voice in how our brands and capabilities can best serve their needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead all growth/customer marketing related activities for the new Business Development COE * Build strategic relationships with C-Suite marketing executives at top customers in the pipeline * Serve as team lead with internal stakeholders to secure support for Business Development project needs (i.e. Insights, Digital, Brand, Assets, Commercial, etc.) * Support strategic development of customer stewardship materials to provide improved support of efforts being led by other FSOP customer teams (i.e. Why Coke Evolution, Value Bundle, etc.) * Provide customer insights to brand, integrated marketing, innovation, and strategy teams, and identify when additional customer marketing research may be required to position us to win new business or retain existing customers * Identify key trends and gaps within our value bundle, and connect with internal subject matter experts to develop solutions & commercialize best practices * Create a communication plan for internal senior leaders that stewards marketing strategies using various tools to gain alignment (e.g., newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, face-to-face meetings, video conferencing, etc.) * Build impactful relationships through Industry engagements **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience * 10+ years in marketing, agency, or equivalent years of CPG experience, preferably with background/experience working with Foodservice customers * Functional Skills: + Customer Marketing or Shopper Marketing experience, ideally within FSOP + Demonstrated ability to develop unique and compelling beverage partnership strategies + Strong communication & influencing skills + Comfortable leading through complex, long-term projects + Strong problem-solving skills, solution orientation + Thrive in ambiguity + Planning and organizing + Capable of leading through change + Fast and agile learner **Travel Requirements** Approximately 26% - 50% travel required, with a preference for Eastern or Central time zones. **What We Can Do For You** * Challenging Work: Our unique global system offers constant opportunities to develop world-class skills and a truly international career. * Iconic Brand: Work on the most recognized brand in the world and be part of developing the brand's next chapter. * Exposure to World Class Leaders: Availability to global marketing leaders that will expand your network and exposure you to emerging digital platforms and marketing insights. **Skills** * Brand Positioning * Channel Management * Competitor Analysis * Creative Briefs * Digital Media Strategy * Group Problem Solving * Local Advertising * Marketing Activation * Marketing Strategies * Media Planning * Shopper Marketing * Social Media Strategies * Sponsorships * SWOT Analysis **Compensation & Benefits** * Pay Range: $175,000 - $201,000 * Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. * A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered. * Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 30 **Our Purpose & Growth Culture** We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
