**Job Summary**
As a Senior Director of Customer Sales, you will lead a cross-functional team to deliver business results across assigned territory, driving growth and innovation in the sports and active hydration industry. You will be responsible for leading annual planning processes, negotiating annual agreements, and managing key customer relationships, including Publix, SEG, HEB, and Military Channel customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a cross-functional team to deliver business results across assigned territory, driving growth and innovation in the sports and active hydration industry
* Develop and execute annual business plans, aligning with arenaflex's overall strategy and goals
* Negotiate annual agreements with key customers, ensuring alignment and execution to achieve aggressive business targets
* Manage Publix, SEG, HEB, and Military Channel customers, developing and maintaining strong relationships to drive sales growth
* Oversee two direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to drive business growth and innovation
* Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform business decisions and drive growth
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and penetration in assigned territory
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and arenaflex leadership
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required
* 8 years direct sales experience in the CPG industry, with a track record of successfully selling into multiple national and regional channel customers
* Located in Southeast or Texas preferred
* Recent Publix and SEG experience preferred
* DSD beverage background preferred
* Self-motivated and highly organized, with a strong desire to produce results and an entrepreneurial spirit to succeed
* Ability to quickly assess the needs of the business, develop an action plan, and manage required change
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to intermingle with a wide variety of business professionals
* Passion for building brands, new products, and long-term growth
* Verifiable list of current contacts with appropriate buyers and divisional managers
* Solid computer skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
* Strong understanding and analytical skills in understanding of Nielsen/IRI syndicated data
* Ability to travel extensively (30% if based in FL area; 50% outside of territory) by car and plane, including both local and neighboring geographic territories
* Valid driver's license and ability to drive long distances, with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record
