As a Senior Learning Specialist, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional training experiences that drive long-term success. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of up to 30 Customer Support Associates. Your primary focus will be on providing an exceptional training experience that encourages long-term success. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Learning Environment Design**: Create an optimal adult learning environment that encourages engagement and long-term success. This will involve designing and delivering training programs that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences. * **Training Program Development**: Develop and deliver training programs of diverse modalities, including self-directed, instructor-led, virtual, and experiential learning. You will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive content that meets the needs of our Customer Support Associates. * **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to identify training and coaching needs. You will be responsible for analyzing data and making informed decisions to improve the training experience. * **Coaching and Development**: Coach and develop your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles. You will be responsible for creating personalized development plans and providing regular feedback and coaching. * **Performance Management**: Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory. You will be responsible for analyzing data and making recommendations to improve performance. * **Partnerships and Collaboration**: Partner with operational stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of training programs into the business operations.
