**Job Summary**
As a Senior Learning Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Customer Support Associates, delivering exceptional training experiences that drive long-term success. You'll be a key member of our ABCS Learning Delivery team, working closely with operational stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop innovative solutions. Your expertise in adult learning, content design, and facilitation will be essential in creating an optimal learning environment that engages and motivates our teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Learning Specialist, you'll perform the following tasks:
* **Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results**: You'll be responsible for monitoring and analyzing learning metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the training experience.
* **Manage live performance metrics end to end**: You'll work closely with operational stakeholders to identify and address performance gaps, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
* **Conduct learning sessions and deliver training courses**: You'll design and deliver training programs that cater to diverse learning needs, including self-directed, instructor-led, virtual, and experiential learning.
* **Maintain data and analysis through reports**: You'll use data and analytics to inform training decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs.
* **Ensure completion of new hire training program, coaching & other performance improvement programs**: You'll work closely with operational stakeholders to ensure that new hires receive comprehensive training and coaching, and that performance improvement programs are implemented effectively.
* **Partner with operational stakeholders as a key POC for the Learning Experience team**: You'll work closely with operational stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.
* **Identify learning coaches & certify them**: You'll work with operational stakeholders to identify and certify learning coaches who can support our teams in their learning journeys.
* **Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance**: You'll work closely with operational stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance business performance.
* **Drive Quality & Learning metrics**: You'll work closely with operational stakeholders to identify and address quality and learning gaps, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **2+ years of experience in training delivery roles**: You'll have a proven track record of delivering training programs that engage and motivate learners.
* **1 year experience in Customer Service or customer service-related work experience**: You'll have a deep understanding of customer service principles and practices.
* **Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software**: You'll be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software to design and deliver training programs.
* **Highly Accurate and Fluent in Japanese and English**: You'll be fluent in both Japanese and English, with a high level of accuracy in both spoken and written communication.
* **Flexible to work within a 24/7 x 365 days global team across a variety of time zones**: You'll be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work across different time zones and cultures.
* **Knowledge of adult learning, content design and facilitation**: You'll have a deep understanding of adult learning principles and practices, with expertise in content design and facilitation.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position**: You'll have a proven track record of delivering training programs that engage and motivate learners.
* **Project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects**: You'll have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* **Strong ability to multi-task**: You'll be able to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities, with a high level of organization and time management skills.
