**Job Summary**
As a Senior Manager, Demand Planning, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Your expertise will be essential in developing and maintaining accurate demand plans, forecasting sales, and managing inventory levels.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain accurate demand plans, forecasts, and inventory levels across all product categories
* Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement demand planning strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners
* Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to support demand planning and business decision-making
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains competitive and innovative
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field
* Proven track record of developing and implementing demand planning strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Experience with demand planning software, such as Anaplan or SAP, and other analytics tools
* Strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain optimization, and logistics
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* 7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
* Strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Certification in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field
