Experienced Senior Manager of Forecasting – Global Customer Service Capacity Planning

We're a company that's passionate about customer experience, and we're committed to creating a culture that's customer-centric, innovative, and collaborative. **The Role** As our Senior Manager of Forecasting, you'll play a critical role in creating and delivering contact forecasts that will help us generate a cost-effective and comprehensive global capacity planning solution for our Customer Service (CS) network. You'll be responsible for managing a team of analysts and managers spread across multiple countries, and you'll be responsible for their performance in ensuring low error contact forecasts to ensure service level delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Create and deliver contact forecasts that will help us generate a cost-effective and comprehensive global capacity planning solution for our CS network * Manage a team of analysts and managers spread across multiple countries, and ensure their performance in ensuring low error contact forecasts to ensure service level delivery * Lead a team of analysts and managers in developing short-term and long-term contact forecasts using various forecasting techniques across multiple careerzynith markets * Collaborate with senior CS leadership to keep them updated on the drivers for forecast variance and participate in strategic long-term planning initiatives * Develop and implement forecasting strategies that will help us improve the accuracy of our forecasts and reduce errors * Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns that will help us improve our forecasting capabilities * Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that our forecasting efforts are aligned with business objectives * Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to help them improve their skills and performance **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field * 10+ years of experience in forecasting/planning, with a strong background in data analysis and statistical modeling * Experience managing a team of analytic professionals, including hiring, development, and performance management * Experience with SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools * Excellent communication skills to share findings in an understandable and actionable manner * Ability to lead successfully in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Ability to manage team to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads **Preferred Qualifications** * MBA or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other business/analytical disciplines, with 10+ years of related work experience * Experience in forecasting, time-series, and multivariate regression * Combination of technical skills and business savvy to interface with all levels and disciplines across the organization * Proven track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment * Experience using AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, etc. * Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills * Natural curiosity and desire to learn **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a world-class e-commerce platform * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development opportunities to help you grow your skills and career * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about customer experience and forecasting, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
