**The Customer Listening Team**
Our Customer Listening Team is responsible for collecting and analyzing over 5 million customer surveys annually across the consumer, business, and service provider segments. This team is the backbone of our VOC method, which includes the design and programming of customer experience surveys that are translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.
**Job Summary**
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with our Utility Teams, Product and Process Owners, and Agile Teams in Technology to transform and innovate our VOC method. Your primary responsibilities will include:
### Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Utility Teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for the VOC method.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform.
* Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions.
* Develop and deliver large-scale data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels.
* Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
* Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing & builds automation tools.
* Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency.
* Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique.
### Essential Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, Development Life Cycle Management, and Troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.
* Experience working with Agile methodologies, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups.
* Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience working with large datasets and developing scalable data architectures.
### Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques.
* Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
