About the Role: Senior Supply Chain Management Operations Data Analytics Analyst
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SCM Ops Data Analytics Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a strategic thinker and effective communicator, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth by developing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex data sets using techniques such as data mining, data modeling, and cost or benefit analysis to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
- Design and create data visualizations in Tableau or other visualization tools to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement high-quality data analysis and reporting processes that meet the needs of internal and external customers.
- Provide project-specific data extraction, collection, integration, and analysis from multiple data sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Streamline data mixing and data manipulation workflows to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain Management, to drive strategic initiatives and deliver high-quality results.
- Support internal customers through reporting, analysis, dashboard development, and application development, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced-degree experience in an analytical, data technology, or data-centric environment, with a strong background in data analysis, data modeling, and data architecture.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Advanced Excel, Quickbase, SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx.
- Experience managing large datasets, including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, or equivalent knowledge of ETL functionality.
- Strong programming skills in data-oriented programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading medium-scale corporate projects, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management principles and practices.
