**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow QA Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As a ServiceNow QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of careerzynith's ServiceNow platform. This role is ideal for a motivated and skilled professional who is passionate about quality assurance and has a strong understanding of testing methodologies.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute automated test scripts using relevant tools to ensure the quality and reliability of careerzynith's ServiceNow platform
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
* Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing coverage
* Identify and report defects to the development team, and work with them to resolve issues
* Develop and maintain knowledge of testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices
* Provide training and support to other team members on testing methodologies and best practices
* Participate in the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks
* Collaborate with the development team to ensure that testing is integrated into the development lifecycle
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
* Proven experience as a QA Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow Platform and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework
* Strong understanding of testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices
* Proficiency in creating and executing automated test scripts using relevant tools
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus
