**Responsibilities**
As a Shopify Data Entry & Order Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing product listings on the Shopify platform, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
* Processing customer orders promptly and accurately, including handling returns and exchanges as needed.
* Updating inventory levels regularly to reflect current stock and avoid overselling.
* Light customer service duties to resolve any order-related inquiries in a timely manner.
* Adhering to data entry standards to maintain accuracy and consistency across all Shopify records.
* Assisting in the implementation of best practices for data management and order processing workflow.
* Collaborating with our fulfillment team to ensure a seamless experience for our customers from order placement to fulfillment.
**Essential Qualifications**

* Proven experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
